Assembly Bill 55 (Oppose) Finance charges for certain motor vehicle title and payday loans
Assembly Bill 121 (Support)prohibiting an insurer from requiring a certain vendor for repairing a motor vehicle, requiring adjusters to inspect motor vehicle damage, and insurance payments for motor vehicle repair costs. 
Assembly Bill 171 (Support) Unlawful use of a global positioning device and providing a penalty.
Assembly Bill 289 (Support) Creating separate regulatory requirements for certain future service contracts.
Assembly Bill 311 (Support) Payday loans.
Assembly Bill 392 Finance charges for licensed lenders.
Assembly Bill 447 (Oppose) Payday loan providers, providing an exemption from emergency rule procedures, granting rule-making authority, and providing a penalty.
Assembly Bill 536 (Oppose) Authorizing the Department of Public Instruction, the University of Wisconsin System, the Technical College System, and the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities to study each other's education programs, requiring a written agreement concerning such studies, and requiring the establishment of a longitudinal data system of student data.
